I made it tonight with rice (didn't have ...yum! I made it tonight with rice (didn't have cous cous in the house). we moved to a new place with a convection oven I am unsure of, so instead of trying to burn the chicken in the broiler, i sauteed it. next time I might add a little tapioca starch to the marinade and simmer it after the chicken browns. thanks for the recipe!
